people have to remember these action-reactions occur in split seconds. He assumed the DB wasn't gonna tip it, i.e. why he didn't extend further.

his arm was right where it should've been if it wasn't for the db tipping it up. easy to be a couch receiver if you could watch the action in slo-mo

Im not necessarily talking about that play but Colston does not go up and grab balls like he used to. It seems he waits for the ball more nowadays.
