Possible they put something like bore butter inside your barrel. I would thoroughly inspect everything, pull the scope off, relevel it, scrub the shite out of the bore, run dry, clean patches thru it and give it another go. It most probably is your problem. Lesson learned. I would bet that it's either a loose scope screw, mount, or residue inside. Good luck man.
