You need to shut up about this. ULM put "Louisiana Indians" on their helmets. Never did they even suggest that anyone refrain from attaching "at Monroe" to the name when referring to the university or its athletic programs. Athletically, it would have made sense to see "Louisiana Indians" and "Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns," each implying the attachment to the university they represented (Texas A&M sometimes prints "Texas Aggies," which implies the A&M name).

The difference between ULM and ULL's whiny asses is that whenever anyone has ever said "ULM" or "Louisiana-Monroe" or even made fun of the directional name of the university, nobody gave a shite. ULL, on the other hand, is trying to constantly "correct" everyone by going so far as to "instruct" broadcasters to refer to the athletic teams as "Louisiana" instead of "Louisiana-Lafayette" or "ULL." It's annoying as shite, and you people seriously need to shut the frick up. Nobody likes you, the school sucks, the nickname isn't really that cute, nobody likes Lafayette as much as you think they do, and whatever you're trying to make happen isn't going to happen. Get over it.
