Holy moly! That is expensive for pork!
Also, do all of you put that much pork in your deer sausage? We have always done 80/20 deer to pork just for the fat since deer is so lean.

I go 60/40..but also get 50/50. I think pork sausage tastes better then venison sausage, so the more the better IMO.
