Hill is a better running back who provides a greater threat for the defense. He opens up play-action more. He is also far more likely to break a long run to change a game. When healthy, he should get at least 80% of the carries on this team.

that sums it up. That he opens up play action more is an important point that I wasn't even thinking about. Great point.
