Miami was cooperative through out the investigation per the NCAA. Former players were not.
"Shiesty" tactics would have led to inadmissible evidence in a court of law. Which is why the NCAA dropped much of its evidence including evidence gained by lying to the university and former players.
Not saying you were incorrect just uninformed and you are down playing the wrongdoing of the NCAA and the novice and unethical behavior of the investigators.
