Lol. Yall are right. Was still asleep typin at 545am. I boil shrimp n crabs n the small one.
Doest really matter what hardware store you stop.... Most will have them in south louisiana. Goodwood Hardware in Baton Rouge is usually higher $ - but the staff knows their stuff and their selection is pretty solid. I bought all of my parts indivdually (hose, regulator, burner, etc) and put it together. I have a jet burner with a high oressure regulator and a smaller circle multi-port burner with the 10psi regulator for fish frys and jambalaya. The high oressure can be turned down to suit both tho
