Banjo burners work best for traditional jambalaya pots. I you're looking for a burner set up with casters, try R&R Welding in Paulina.

I got the 10 gal complete rig from Randy Oubre at R&R Welding. Amazing quality. The stand is perfect. It does a great job of blocking the wind, the burner is a banjo style, and the casters on the bottom are so smooth, I can roll a full pot across my lawn through the grass easily.
