No grills or hot BBQ but over the top catered food. Lots of chandeliers and nice people that spent way too much time getting dressed for a sporting event that doesn't involve professional horse racing.

If you are a fan of SEC football, you need to go there at least once. It is a vastly different animal than LSU tailgating.

If you go expecting it to be similar to LSU, then you will be disappointed.

If you go expecting it to reflect Louisiana culture, then you will be disappointed.

If you go expecting it to reflect Southern culture (meaning some with money and some that fake it) coupled with extraordinarily hot daughters of wealthy men from Memphis, Jackson, Dallas, Houston and Atlanta, then you will have a blast.

It is very crowded...especially when LSU rolls into town because they hate LSU.

IMO they do a very good job living within the limitations they have to tailgate...remember, they have not had something to truly be proud of (championship team) in 50 years. Given their natural limitations, they do a damn good job.
