Blame Sally Clausen at the ul system board. They should be overseeing everything grambling does with its appropriation funds. She had her head shoved up gramblings arse. Moffett apparently didn't change anything. Maybe this will wake the new president up

Don't forget that Bobby Jindal could never get an audited financial statement for Grambling when he was UL president. There is a systemic problem at that institution.
