LSU Dallas watch parties?

Which bar is a better atmosphere to watch LSU games in Dallas? Press Box Grill in downtown or Sherlock's in Central Dallas?
And how early should you get there for a good table?

Both have merits. How old are you? Press Box will skew younger (more 25-40s). Sherlocks won't have many younger than 35.
fwiw, I don't even go to the watch parties any more so might be a little different now

A lot more people at Sherlock's than at Press Box, in my experience.

Press Box was fizzling as a watch center towards the end of this last year. I talked to an LSU Alumni Dallas rep a few weeks ago and they aren't even manning it anymore its gotten so small.
Your bigger parties are going to be Sherlocks or Fox and Hound Plano.

Your best bet is to move out of Dallas.

I was in Dallas last Saturday for the Eagles concert and since we were staying downtown, we went to Press Box Grill to watch the game. While I might be spoiled by Woodrow's here, I thought the atmosphere at PBG left a lot to be desired. There were maybe 10-15 LSU fans along with 20-30 more fans of other teams. It was okay, but if I am in Dallas again for a game and have the choice, I would certainly check out Sherlock's over PBG. I will say that the food was not bad, though!
ETA: We arrived 2-3 minutes into the first quarter and had no problem finding a seat close to the big screen. When we left, the non-LSU crowd had taken over and it was a bit more crowded.

I go to Nodding Donkey Uptown for most of our games, and am usually only one of a handful (at most) of LSU fans. However, it is a fun place to watch games

Ahh I see. I'm probably the only one or two at Kung fu for the games.
A girl told me last weekend to go to nodding donkey. I have no clue.
Sherlocks off park lane is fun but most of the crowd is older.
