If I play at 6700 yds where I hit sandwedge into every green on the course, I will complete my round faster then playing 7600 and hitting 3 wood into every par 4. because the chance of hitting more accurate shots with my wedges then 3wood.

I'm thinking of going back to an older model driver with a smaller head. I think I might find it easier to hit straight than these bigger 460cc heads. Distance isn't really the issue for me, just keeping it in play when I'm grinding. Anyone have any suggestions? Something around 400cc or less in the 7.5-8.5 range. I'm looking at a couple of Taylormade 510TP or Titleist 983K sticks right now.
