on the home menu, press the little smiley face at the top of the screen.

Also, you can just do a random trade on the Global Trade System. It lets you pick what you want to trade and what you want to receive.

I just set my haunter for trade and selected to receive another haunter. Waited a bit and came back. I got a new haunter and it evolved.
