re: Stadiums need to accept that watching on tv is currently a better experience

For me number 3 is the biggest problem. I used to get goose bumps at the games. The fans and the band were symbiotic. The students have to stop this. It's directly affecting the experience. The student government needs to step in and do something that someone actually hears about.
Also, the seats in the upper deck need to be greatly discounted. I had no problem sitting up there while I was in college but its not for everyone. For someone that has to drive several hours to go to a game I wouldn't sit in the upper deck. All the things you mentioned need to be considered other than alcohol.
