I heard Colin Kapernick and a couple other players bought homes in the neighborhood behind the Rivermark Plaza. They can literally walk to the stadium in less than 10 mins. If your house is near there that makes you neighbors with some famous 49er players. Look out for a red Jag. Apparently that is what Colin drives.
In any case that Safeway in Rivermark is fricked on game days along with traffic on 237, 101 and Tasman. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near any of those roads on game days.
