That's some fairly shallow analysis you just shoehorned to make your point. Tons of stuff you're ignoring to reach your conclusion. For starters: Brees threw 3 interceptions in the first two games versus just 1 in the last three.

I hate to agree with these guys, but you can't say we score more points without Ingram if the yards per carry haven't changed.
There has to be something else.
My guess would be throwing to RBs.

I'm not really basing it on numbers. I doubt the numbers even support me. And we've almost abandoned the run and that worries me a lot. And I'm not saying Ingram is a bad player or anything either.
I'm just saying that the offense is clicking better now than it was against Atlanta and Tampa.
Does anyone disagree?
