He's the CEO of this team. All the other franchises in the division have crashed and burned and we're marching right through it.

Plus it's a play on the stupid Bama fans and their Saban love.

I agree with a lot of what you said in the body of the message, but as DD noted, the title is very misleading.

Getting to the content of the post... The Bucs are hindered at head coach too. Schiano is bad, he doesn't have the support from the player base from what I can tell. The team continues to shoot themselves in the foot week after week with penalties, and apparently they haven't learned. It's cost them at least 2 games this year. He's not the man for the job there in Tampa, pure and simple.

Carolina is like Tampa 2 years ago. Like Tampa with Freeman, they are a couple of years behind learning that Cam Newton is not the answer at QB.

I think Atlanta will hold onto Mike Smith at least another year, especially if they squeak into the playoffs. I don't think the Falcons end the season near as bad as they started it. Probably 10-6 or 9-5. I think they'll be in a 3 way battle for the last wildcard slot with a NFC-N and NFC-W team (probably Bears and Cardinals). I think the 49ers lock up the 1st WC pretty easily.

I really think giving Ryan the contract they did wasn't a terrible thing for that team. He'll continue to improve and grow, and by the time Atlanta gets wise and gives Smith the boot, he'll make that team a contender again.
