Man, the series with the Kings last season was soul crushing. I can't remember who it was that launched the puck out of the rink with a minute thirty left to give the Kings a 5 on 3 at home in I think game 2, but holy hell that was a choke. I couldn't believe they had the resolve to take it to 7 after outplaying the Kings in all but 1 game, at that point in the series. Usually they aren't known for their heart. Raffi Torres is a degenerate frick, but his reputation preceded him on his suspension, shouldn't have gotten suspended IMO. I think that really hurt them, dude has an absolute motor and had them playing different hockey than Sharks teams of the past.


And of course, can't undermine Quick. He was beyond dominant in that series, they don't win that without him.
