I have a small project coming up that I'll need a 48" hole dug, about 20' deep and a truck big enough to stand up a 60' tall pole that weighs around 13,000 lbs.

better hope the hole doesnt cave on you

are you just backfilling the hole? is this a hollow precast pole or is it steel?

eta: and how do you intend to use a truck to do this?

I'm a little late with this, but:

90% of the time, we hire a general to take care of everything and he'll be responsible for casings and such. We'll have a soil boring done to see the content of the ground there.

The hole will be filled with concrete with anchor bolts in place. It will be a hollow steel pole.

Obviously, it would be a crane/stinger truck.

However, we may do this in house, but we'll need to rent some equipment. That's why I was asking.
