Which runningback do I want?

Here's my terrible runningback situation:
I've got CJ Spiller, Stevan Ridley, Leveon Bell, Johnathan Franklin, and I'm stashing Shane Vereen.
I've also currently got Daryl Richardson. Both Pead and Stacy are available in free agency. Obviously I'm desperate at runningback right now and am desperately looking for anyone who can turn into even an RB2. So my question is, which St. Louis rusher has the best chance to turn into a top 24 fantasy RB? I need runners with high ceilings to have a chance at the championship, so which Ram RB has the best chance to emerge?
Note: Rest of my starting roster is Peyton, Dez, Welker, A. Brown, and Cameron, so my passing game is stacked. If I can change my rushing attack from worst in the league to slightly below average, I like my chances. Any advice?

I would stay put. Spiller and Bell will be good enough with that passing attack. It's early just be patient and I think your team finishes strong if you stay heathly.

Spiller and Bell are your best options over any Rams RB. 2006 Stephen Jackson is not walking through the door.

I guess put another way, if I am going to have one Rams RB moving forward, which has the highest ceiling? Which Rams runningback has the best chance to develop into a low-end RB2?
Not asking who I should start, just asking if any Rams runner has some chance of becoming somewhat fantasy viable.

I do. Stating lineup in this league is QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, D.
But the question still remains, what Rams RB has the highest ceiling from this point forward? Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

Keep Richardson. I thought he would be a top 20 back this year. Apparently not though.

I like Stacy for the most upside out of the Rams backs. If they keep loosing, there's a good chance he gets a chance to prove his worth. He's more talented than Rich or Pead. I like Bell moving forward..
