geez. we go from our players get worse the longer they are coached to we need to can our DC. the 12 yr olds are back.

Chavis may have gotten way too much credit for his aggressiveness.
His philosophy is not an aggressive one, but THE INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS were.
Time will tell. If players develop, Chavis deserves credit, if players do not develop as they should,
the individual players deserve the credit.
Bo Pellini got credit for a great D and he was overrated. His philosophy worked for one year and then, when the other teams figured it out, there was nothing else in the "imagination tank.
It takes a lot of ability to continue to come up with NEW strategies.
