Real Estate Agents Question

so i decided to get my license and i have to say the school and final test was pretty hard, now i have to take the state exam next week and i'm nervous. Is the state test gonna be as hard as the schools test were? or do they just make that hard so that the study more.

That was the case when I took it. The actual exam itself was very easy. I think only a few people in my class failed.

My wife passed it with a quickness. Unless you're some kind of dolt, you should pass if prepared. Oh, and she was an actual Realtor(tm), not some fake real estate agent (real estate joke).

It was significantly easier than the school tests. They throw a lot of "gimmees" on the real thing. Shouldn't be a problem.

Are you really worried about failing in an industry you consider to be a racket that will frick up the deal 50/50 and don't deserve what you make? Are you gonna slide money under the table when someone brings you a deal if they threaten to crash the transaction if you dont?

You'll fail or lose your license in under 3 years. Save yourself some time/money
