I don't see Flynn not having a good work ethic (studying defenses, training, practice preparation etc).
Flynn is in a no-win situation.
Seahawks wanted mobility, so they turned to Russell Wilson over Flynn. Not his fault; he sits in the pocket and throws darts.
Oakland is wanting the same thing that Seattle got and preferred Prior.
I agree with an earlier poster; Jacksonville and/or Saint Louis would take Flynn in a heart beat.
He's clearly got talent, he just hasn't gotten the opportunity yet.

Jacksonville maybe, But the Rams would not be a good fit. Flynn is not better than Bradford.

Seriously?
He was signed as a FA with Seattle based off of his performance in TWO games, and with the expectation that he would be the starter. Simply put, he was beaten out by a better QB.
He then was traded to a team desperate for a QB again with the expectation that he would be the starter. Once more he was beaten out of the job.
I like Flynn and would love to see him succeed, but to say he hasn't gotten an opportunity yet is incorrect. St. Louis and Jacksonville might "need" him right now, but the same exact thing could have been said about Seattle and Oakland before he joined those teams. Unfortunately, I think he'll go down as just another "flash in the pan" backup QB who was never cut out to be an NFL starter.
