No idea what her ultimate goal is, but we do know -

-She is faking a pregnancy

-She is using Wendy to feed info to Gemma

-She is planning something more than just a divorce and fighting for custody if they are talking to Lowen about criminal activity witnessed by Tara and Wendy

I almost wonder if the whole "Wendy as a guardian" thing is an end around to get get Gemma and Jax in real legal trouble.

Let's say Gemma and Jax "find out" from Wendy that Tara is still planning to make Wendy the boy's legal guardian. Gemma and Jax decide to fight Tara legally. They go to court, in what seems to be just a custody issue. Wendy and Tara take the stand and instead of talking about only the custody issues, Lowen gets Wendy and Tara to testify under oath to illegalities they have witnessed.

While I know most of the male audience of SOA don't care for the Tara/Wendy storylines, I find this one to be pretty interesting.
