No, the dog apparently was OK. God did not cause the accident--He is not a thief who kills or destroys. As I said, I tried to find the dog. Dogs are very resilient. I already had 13 years working in a Veterinary facility, and I was prepared to try to doctor it if necessary. I even called out to anyone around there, but no one in the houses around there answered.
