I guarantee if I go to the OT and make a thread for the workout people asking them how they feel after they eat fast food, most would probably say they feel like crap.
I think youre just sticking to your guns or just going along with the oh it takes hours for your body to digest food so theres no possible way it could make you feel bad right after ingesting it.
Yeah I don't understand how he doesn't comprehend this. I thought it was common knowledge that certain foods can cause immediate intestinal problems.

No food instantly liquified the shot that was already in your body. An hour or two later, maybe. But he said instant, and that's bs. I'd drop it if he'd admit it either didn't happen or wasn't instant.
