R2R! Would you like it to be food related?
Eating Animals by Jonathan Safranfoer
Why we love dogs, eat pigs and wear cows by Melanie Joy, PhD. This is what I'm currently reading and so far I like it. Would recommend.
Away from food, I just read The Corrections by Jonathan Franzen.
In Cold Blood by Truman Capote
The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson

Read those two back in high school
Interesting choice on the food book I'll check that one out. Tend to mostly buy fiction though. Philip Roth, Michael Chabon, Jonathon Lethem.. authors along those lines / if you know of anything similar
