How loud are the .22 subsonic?
Also where did you find the ammo? I have been looking...

The "quietest" I've shot is the CCI "Quiet 22LR". It's much more quiet than subsonics and a little more quiet than 22 shorts. 22 shorts won't cycle from the mag of a 10/22; subsonics will usually cycle the bolt of a 10/22, but the others won't. "Quiet 22LR" and shorts hit a good bit lower than regular high velocity. Given all that, I shot the subsonics since I didn't want to risk wounding the coon.
