Travis Dickson finally making a big play!

The pass thrown to Dickson right down the middle of the field was beautiful. I really hope we begin to use this more often. Throwing to a tight end down the middle of the field could really open up our inside running game. Even more than it already is. Wish he would have punched it in though.

He's been extremely open a few times this year.

He looks slow out there. Him being wide open was a great play call.
No disrespect to Travis, all of our receivers look slow outside of Landry & OBJ. Or just have trouble with separation.

I expect to see that play down the Seam a few more times in the near future.
With OBJ and Landry pulling safety help to the sidelines, Dickson should benefit big time.

I did not realize how much speed he had. When he turned the corner on the phantom holding play, he turned the jets on.

He's almost always open. LSU has had some great tight ends over the years, but we seldom use them as offensive weapons. Miles prefers to use them as extra blockers. I really hope that changes this season with Cam on board.
On the flip side of that, our defense is extremely vulnerable to that play. UGA also has a good pass-catching tight end that Chavis better be ready for.
