The 3s Express

Some (mostly OM fans since '72) have wondered if a play could be run in 3s. Hill's TD run from the 10 yd line took 3s. See in the Drive Chart (By Quarter) at:

ETA: Some context for the bewildered. In '72, we had the ball on the OM 10 with 4s left on the game clock and trailing 10-16. We ran a pass play that went incomplete in 3s. 1s left on the clock, Bert Jones to Brad Davis for the win. Ever since, fans occasionally question if a play could be run in 3s. Just pointing out an example of this from last night.

And this is called "The 3s Express?"
I'm pretty well versed on football and football history but I've never heard this before
