Collins had a great three and half games, but let's slow down on comparing him to Kevin Faulk. Faulk had more rushing yards in SEC history than anyone except Herschel. He graduated with more all-purpose yards than anyone. He was #1 in SEC history in total touchdowns, a record since surpassed.

Faulk still holds the LSU record for most all-purpose yards, most TDs, most rushing yards, most yards/game, and best yards/carry. He AVERAGED 5.3 yards a carry for four years.

Kevin Faulk was f'n awesome. He was an All-American as a sophomore. Let's not compare a guy who had three great games to him. Faulk had four great seasons.

Faulk ran for 1000 yds for 4 straight seasons (by today's stats, bowl game totals didn't factor into season totals back then), when everyone knew he was options 1 and 2 on offense.

Instead of Marcus Dupree, it should have been Cecil Collins on the ESPN 30 for 30: The Best that Never Was
