These signs have been going on for decades. This one's probably up there in the inappropriate banner hall of fame, but is this even their worst one?

You were threatened by LSU and you caved.

If you have the opinion that it was ok to put them up in the first place then you had no reason to apologize.

Too little, too late

These guys have been an embarrassment to LSU and the Greek system since I was at LSU (which was a long time ago)

"At least We Had The Courage To Apologize"

By saying We, are you telling us that you are a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon?

If so, it would have been more courageous to not put up the sign in the first place. But your organization has never been known for such courage and there was NO courage involved in the apology.

If you are not a member of the fraternity, then who is WE? I hope you don't mean to include anyone in the LSU community in this matter.

I agree it was in bad taste and not defending their actions one little bit but... what about all the katrina comments from other teams fans? Did that make the front page of msn? Did any of those people write apology letters?

There is no "courage" in apologizing. You had to apologize bc your higher ups made you for image reasons. So STFU

The Dekes, for all of their history that I know, which goes back to at least the early 80s, are all about getting attention through outrageous or offensive behavior. They are like 3-year-olds trying to get attention from their parents by throwing a tantrum. The best way to deal with them is to ignore them.
