Walk around wherever with your alcohol. As long as you aren't belligerent and starting fights you will be fine.

Easiest spot to park is between tiger stadium and the river. If you look at google earth those large fields are all free parking. I would park there then make your way towards the stadium and back around the other side. That walk will allow you to see a lot of tailgates and the campus.
