Who would pay for that? The NCAA?

If it's on the schools, the bottom half of FBS would have to get rid of football because they would lose money.

I'm sure they could figure out a specific percentage required from schools and the NCAA. College football as a whole rakes in a frick ton of money. Plus, I'm sure there are numerous boosters and alumni at most schools that would be willing to cover a mother and father for a season.

It would be obviously tough to fully figure out, and there would be numerous arguments on either side of the fence, but it's alot more realistic and reasonable than just allowing players to be paid IMO.
