There was a time when I would have considered myself absolutely mad at the bullfrog. Used to be my favorite thing in the world to do, and you talk about get geared up.

Here are the devises we used to bring on each trip.

1. Grabber (best used on frogs that are clear of brush and such)

2. Gig - Being a good gigger is actually harder than it looks. we had one guy that used to go with us that I swear, he never missed with the gig. all you'd see if frog feet sticking out of mud once he pounced.

3. Pellet gun w/scope

Not as effective as you'd think. They jump, and if the water's deep, no frog.

4. this was the best trick right here though. a fishing pole with a plastic worm. we were frogging on the red river. sometimes, we'd have a big frog scoped out, but he was on a sandbar with a super shallow water around it. couldn't get to him. man, you flick a plastic worm on a barren sandbar that frog's sitting on, he'll hop right to it, and commence to chewing on it.

caught several like that.

Rule 1: If you are from Louisiana and not scared gators and snakes will leave you alone. They smell fear and yankees. That's a fact jack! Just ask Si Robertson!

Rule 2: Don't Gig anyone else.

Rule 3: Dont drink too much but have a good time.

Rule 4: Have a good time.

Rule 5: Video it on your phone so that if you act like a idiot and do something really stupid we all can enjoy it.

Rule 6-10: See Rule 4.
