I have it, bundled at&t Uverse TV and cable internet, I'm paying for 18mbps download but only getting 12 when I run the test, I called and talked to them and they told me its "18mbps max" so I dropped down to the 12mbps plan thinking I would still get 12 and I started only getting 9. The ping I get for a host about 20 miles away from me is in the 50ms and they don't allow over 1.5 mbps upload no matter what package you have. I noticed a big decrease in ban width also.I used to have cox, paying for 15 down and 3 Up and getting 20 Down and 4 Up with 24ms ping. Cox has much better internet but AT&T tv is worth the downgrade in internet. Overall its not too laggy, but for games like call of duty you will notice yourself getting shot around corners and small stuff like that.
and I notice the difference between my old 24ms ping and the 50ms ping I have now

I simply cancelled my U-verse Internet and got Cox Internet. Kept U-Verse TV, so I have the best of both.
