For his size, yes. Hes the biggest RB on the team weight wise. But also goes down the easiest. If he would run like Spencer Ware did he would be great. He doesnt run behind his pads at all. With his size, he should be plowing people over. But he doesnt.

Sure, he breaks some tackles that 190lbs DBs try to make on him. But that doesnt mean he runs physical. And there were multiple times last year on goal line where, instead of putting his head down and running through people into the endzone, he would be standing straight up or turning his back to people.

Hilliard has the talent to be a big time RB. I dont know if he has the mindset. I want him to run like hes pissed off with his hair on fire. He did that a few times freshman year. Hasnt done it since.
