I'm afraid Shows has lost all control of West Monroe. Its been overrun by thug Gumps. Sad state of affairs. I hope the program collapses now.

The more important question is: are you as a fan of LSU willing to send money to LSU athletics to hire an army of these guys? - because that is what the competition is willing to do to win. You think our fans are nuts, try living in Alabama for any amount of time.
It's a tough deal. Guice has been coaching Cam Robinson since middle school. He engineered the move to West Montoe, the Alabama deal and was the bus driver. This is a fact. Sims was just the icing on the cake.
There is more to this than meets the eye. There are some family ties to Alabama as well. I sure won't wish the kid luck at Alabama, but its easy to see that this is less a Landon Collins/ Eddie Lacy thing and more of a Jantzen Jackson type of thing. He also got his boy a ride to Bama to boot. It's over and I'm actually OK with it.

Oh I know and it's not like he couldn't have found a better coach than Guice...they are waiting in line to coach at WM...and BTW I'm not a WM at all..lol

Don Shows is A sneaky, dishonest, snake... He's only loyal to himself and the mighty dollar, not LSU.

Yep it is definitely possible, Louisiana as everyone knows is freaking loaded this year. Anything that can help to bring down the fences is going to be tried.

Just sit back and watch. West Monroe was an LSU pipeline under Shows. Now that he is basically out, the thugs have descended on the program. This will be the beginning of the end of their domination of 5A football. It will be back to the pre-Shows era of mediocrity.
