Given your username, I don't think that you're impartial but I agree. The traditional fullback has gone out of style in the NFL. He's more of tweener/h-back. I think our offense would suit him but I don't think we will or should sign him.

I'm admittedly in no way impartial when it comes to Jacob Hester. However, I am not one of those fans that wants every LSU player on the saints. But, that doesn't change the fact that I feel he would suit our offense nicely. It would allow us to carry two fullbacks, release one of Robinson/cadet and potential use Hester as an up back/TE/Davethomas type player at times.
