I am sure he will get tight ends more involved when Dickson gets back. Cameron threw to Dennis Pitta a fair amount last year, especially early.

The stupidity on here is unreal

It was inexcusable for Miles to tell the special teams to give up a KO for a touchdown, and then to tell Blue to fumble on our own six. I'll never understand why he does things like that.
But what makes me mad is when Miles tells his o-line to false start. Not sure what Les is thinking.

When it comes to some of the drops...I give TCU credit. They made some great plays in the secondary at times

Compared to play calling in the past, I have to give Cam an A+. Everything he called was there, he can't catch it for them. I'm more than pleased with the offense.

Exactly what did you see last night that showed that mentaility?
I doubt that Miles was thinking anything remotely like that.

On 2 occasions Blue was too deep (beyond scrimmage line) & gave the screen away. The OLine was in great position but his being out-of-position to receive the ball negated the play.
It will be remedied because it is an easy fix.

Twice TCU committed interference & it was not called. It was obvious & in front of a close official. No excuse for not being called. One reason why some passes were dropped.

They were targeted 4 time. With Smith being targeted 3 times.

Passing game will be light years ahead of anything since 2007. WR routes are soooo much better.

Mett had blue on check down a few times, but hit Landry for good yardage instead. Don't worry Todd we got this

I guess todd had to make up for his dumbass nitpicking comments from the first three quarters.

other than the dropped TD pass to DeSean Smith
That wasn't a drop.
The DB knocked it out (with a little interference).

dude we didn't open it up last night. some end around, hb screens, usual WR routes. I think we'll play around with the offense the next two weeks then kinda play it safe against Auby. We are going to unleash the beast against UGA though.
Didn't play Brazil nor Leslie and only gave Hilliard 1 carry. We played it safe and took what TCU was giving us and that was the WRs.

The TD drop was Dillon Gordon - not DeSean Smith

Blackledge was correct in that your can't always rely on WR's but without Hill and our best pass catching TE's and they defense we played we were forced to rely on outside passing game in this game.
I just take it as Todd saying if they have an inside passing game too (Which we didn't see this game) they are going to be exceptional on offense.

They run a 4-2-5 with an extra safety hybrid LB. Which makes it much easier for them to cover TE's. They did a pretty good job of it.
The fact that we threw a potential TD pass to DeSean Smith from the very beginning is a big sign that TE's will be utilized more. He should have caught that pass, but he'll make up for it.
