I really enjoyed that it was my favorite prospect in the game hitting.

That's AA pitching, by the way. Just imagine how much nastier it gets at the major league level.

The speed of the fastballs aren't much different but the movement, and especially the control, is on a different level. I took a couple of ABs against Barry Zito 3 years ago and his 12-6 curve froze my arse every single time!

I remember when I was about 14 or so, I had a coach who was a fringe MLB pitcher.

He was in the minors a lot, played some in the MLB, but was a fringe player.

Well he was long retired when he was my coach, and during batting practice he would throw the nastiest curve balls ever.

I remember thinking wow, if his curves are that nasty, I can only imagine what the best pitchers in the majors are like.

To me, Yu Darvish has some of the nastiest movement in his pitches that I have ever seen.
