Attorneys aren't getting 1/3.
Money isn't being split evenly buuuuut all retired NFL players are eligible to apply for the money.
NFL has admitted no guilt, this is FAR from over. This was a money grab, the true suit where they take this to trial will be the big one.

i haven't read the class definition, but the only people who get to take this to trial will be those who opt out of the class settlement. there likely won't be that many who do this, and that minority is going to get BURIED with a 50/50 shot at best of winning at trial
