The NFL made $9billion last year. They were able to settle for less than 10% of that to resolve players getting their brains squashed. Seems like a deal to me.
On the other side of the coin, how many of these plantiffs really are really suffering and how many are just looking for a handout?

Some are suffering, more are looking for a handout, almost all would do it again if they had the chance.
The NFL needs to make players sign a release saying they understand the risks and wont act like bitches after they retire and blow all their money.

Might want to go back to finance class and learn the difference between revenue and net income/profit/cash flow/whatever you'd metric you'd like to choose here.
