What to do with Harvin?

We did our keeper auction draft last night. I grabbed Harvin for $5 with my last bench spot (I was really hoping to get him for $1 but someone figured out what I was doing) and was going to put him on IR for the season, and keep him cheap next year.
But since they say he may come back in a few months, he can't be put on IR. Do I waste the bench spot for the season or drop him?
If this helps, this is my team below (10-team standard scoring):
QB- Kaepernick ($9)
WR- Marshall ($33)
WR- Bowe ($20)
RB- Charles ($13)
RB- Forte ($48)
TE- Rudolph ($6)
D- New England ($1)
K- Janikowski ($1)
Flex- MJD ($33)
BN- Shorts ($9)
BN- Wilson ($8)
BN- Nicks ($8)
BN- Pierce ($1)
BN- Denver ($1)
BN- Harvin ($5)

Very true. I just need to hope no one gets hurt for at least the first two weeks.
I took New England and Denver because Denver will be a little weaker without Von Miller for the first 6 weeks, but in weeks 1 and 2 New England plays the Bills and the Jets. After that I may just drop New England and then I'll have a freed up bench spot.

How in the hell did you get Charles for $13? Did you use some Jedi mind tricks or did you wait until everyone was tapped out for cash to spend on other RB's? Inquiring minds want to know.

Well this is my keeper league, so I actually got him for $11 last season. He was coming off an ACL tear from the year before, and I guess no one else wanted to take the risk on him. After a 10% increase rounded to the highest dollar, that puts him at $13 this year.

Reasons Charles went for $13: 1. Your league doesn't seem to understand a draft based on value, or 2. Someone in your league, you in this case, knew exactly what they were doing.
