FWIW, I put about 3 or 4 cups of distilled vinegar in my water for steaming. I sprinkle the reds with a little Old Bay. You already know they are pretty salty on their own.

Right. They have sort of a lobster like flavor to me in a way. I don't usually put seasoning on them. Just wondering...Thanks
