Man of Steel had a 76% RT audience rating (Superman Returns had a 63%) 3/4 people like "his" Superman...so Snyder should be fine. Additionally Goyer is still writing, I assume Affleck will write some as well(like Norton did in Hulk)..and then Affleck takes over for JLA.
The most positive thing about the older Batman is that now the "Bat-Family" can be introduced. Before all you alleged Batman fans go crazy, Dick Grayson/Robin is still a top 5 DC property.

one reason why I hope Marvel buys the X-Men properties back from Fox. A proper Deadpool movie would be great in the MCU.
