Fagundez is the most exciting of the three, but as others have previously said. He's not American, yet.

and this threads most obvious exclusion is Paul Arriola of the Tijuana Xolos. Kid has insane amounts of talent, and is still only 18.

I'd already rate him above the three players in the OP, and he's of a younger age.

He's also an example as to why MLS academy system is busted. LA Galaxy youth product, that's stolen away by Liga MX, because the Galaxy can't compete in terms of wages.

Fagundez came here at a very young age, younger than even Aguedelo and Stu Holden. Hopefully he can his citizenship soon, now that he has turned 18. I'm not sure why it would take 4-5 years for him.
