United Cab driver Habib Hashi, 39, called 911 at 2:50 a.m. while parked outside a bar in the 1700 block of Church Street. Habib told responding West Precinct officers that he was waiting for a customer who had already paid when a man he subsequently identified as Bulluck approached the cab and asked for a ride. Habib said when he told Bulluck he already had a fare, Bulluck reached into the car through the front passenger window, grabbed him by the shirt and wound up taking a $100 bill that Habib had in his hands. The officers noted that Habib’s shirt and undershirt were torn.
