This has got to be one of the most anticipated seasons in recent memory. LSU is all over the map from BCS title contenders to 3rd or worse in division. Reminds me of 2011 season when JJ was out and we opened w Oregon. LSU should come out of the blocks strong in G1 and hopefully keep that roll going EVERY game. With our schedule we'll need to get better and better. Defense will be interesting to watch develop along w offensive play calling and execution. Could end up being most exciting season since 2007. I like the Rants positive momentum and ESPN analyst props. Could lead to best recruiting season in nation for 2014 as well. This is what true Tiger fans live for. Let it happen. Geaux Tigers!!

Couldn't have said it better myself. In the words of our coach and talented speaker himself, "I like us".

The old offense was so predictable when it came to play calling. I know blame it on poor execution. But when my young grandson can predict the next play, you know the opposing side can as well. If i am right and the new offense can move the chains as well as score TD in red zone rather than field goals, gonna be damn exciting. Also if offense can sustain drives and give defense time to rest between series gotta be a big positive. Few more days will tell the tale.

I believe this will be a tough game (4-5 pt spread). We have a lot of new pieces, including the OC. I don't want Tiger Nation to act like it's the end of the world if we don't blow these guys out. I think a 7-10 pt win that was never in doubt would be great.

Saturday is a big day for LSU. With all these great recruits in state we have a huge opportunity in front of us... and it all starts with getting a W in Dallas
