Not really. Jesse had the suspicion to begin with. The ricin was a plot device that allowed Walt to manipulate Jesse into siding with him on the killing of Gus. It's like Jesse blocked it out of his mind, but having Huell pickpocket him again, everything connected. Saul then confirmed his suspicions.
